1) How many times have you earned (or seen anyone earn) £5,500+ in commission in one month?
Leaders in Care Answer : We have paid this in April this year despite only being in our first year of trading we have some of the best clients in the industry and the best jobs to recruit for all underpinned by a commission structure that hugely rewards the best recruiters who put the hard work in to deliver for our clients.

2) How are you doing against your generic KPI's?
Leaders in Care Answer: Generic KPI’s?? Nope, we don’t have these ... pointless! Any targets we set are tailored to you, specifically aimed at getting the best out of you and delivering the best people for our clients – we don’t have a one size fits all style at Leaders. Our approach to management is collaborative and tailored to get the best out of you.

3) When was the last time your company set a monthly incentive, for 7 consecutive months, with prizes including: Vegas, Budapest, Amsterdam, a day at the races, afternoon tea & cakes / cocktails at The Hilton, Zip World or Indoor Skydiving?
Leaders in Care Answer: Leaders in Care are backed by J2 Recruitment and as such even though we are a start-up we are cash rich and can offer both stability and amazing incentives for employees when they perform exceptionally. In October last year we hit an incentive that saw the whole team get taken to Budapest for the weekend.

4) How often do your bosses buy everyone breakfast or take you to Fazenda, Gaucho, Grill on New York Street, Evuna, Bem Brasil or Rudy’s (voted the best pizza in the world) for lunch, just to say thanks for your efforts?
Leaders in Care Answer: Happens all the time – who doesn’t love to be treated!?

5) How efficient are your internal process & are you getting the right tools to do your job?
Leaders in Care Answer: Despite us being less than a year old everything we have is state of the art! We have the best computers and IT systems in place, best in class CRM and Telecoms with time saving tricks to make your job easier and give you more time to get on with placing candidates. We use all the latest cutting-edge technology to aid our search for candidates, pay for the best job adverts because we see the value in it and do everything we can to reach the widest audience possible, whilst continuing to build our brand at the same time! Everyone in the business has undertaken various external training courses based on their own areas of development too.

6) How new / modern is your office and did you have an input in the design of it?
Leaders in Care Answer: Leaders in care is based in a 1600 square foot office designed by one of the Top designers in the UK. We listened to our employees input and have kitted it out with a bar, pool table, ps4 and a proper breakout area for everyone, we passionately believe in giving our employees a great working environment that they can be proud of. 7) How much fun do you REALLY have at work?
Leaders in Care Answer: We have a really good mix of people in the business, each personality complements the team well; no one wants to have a boring time at work and one of our key requirements when we grow the team is that we ensure we get someone who can be a good cultural fit. One thing is for sure, work is never boring.

8) How would you rate your monthly team-builds?
Leaders in Care Answer: We genuinely love any excuse to go and have a good time, this is why we have our – our regularly team build (paid for by work, of course). We have Electro Brunch at Gaucho planned next month. To give you a flavour of some of the things we have done or have planned think…Zombie Uprising, Crystal Maze, Breakout Manchester, Go-Karting, foot golf, cocktail making, clay pigeon shooting, bowling, Junkyard Golf and loads more. We really appreciate how hard this job can be at times and we think it’s crucial that we say thanks to everyone for their efforts, we also see the value in spending time with each other away from the office and without talking about work!
