That being said the service is made up of a mixture of locals, and those who have moved to the island, so the transition is a smooth one if you are confident in your knowledge, and share the aim of providing the best outcome for those under the umbrella of their inclusion service. The authority is going through a period of strategic change, with senior management who are dedicated to making huge improvements to a service that has acknowledged their previous short falls and pledged to make a difference to the children in the education system.
