Use of Artificial Intelligence

Leaders in Care Recruitment Ltd use artificial intelligence (AI) within our recruitment services to support efficiency, consistency, and candidate experience.

How we use AI

We may use AI to:

  • Search and match candidates to relevant job opportunities based on skills, experience, and other criteria.
  • Structure and summarise candidate information, including CVs.
  • Support initial screening processes to gather relevant information.
  • Assist with drafting communications.
  • Transcribe and summarise calls or meetings for record-keeping.
  • Support general research and administrative tasks.
  • Provide website chatbot functionality to respond to enquiries and support users.

Human oversight

AI is used to support our consultants, not replace them.

All decisions relating to candidate progression, submission, or rejection are made by a human consultant. AI outputs are reviewed before any action is taken.

Automated communications

We may use automated systems to send updates during the recruitment process, such as confirming receipt of a CV or providing status updates. These communications follow predefined processes and are not used to make decisions about candidates.

Transparency and fairness

Leaders in Care Recruitment Ltd are committed to using AI responsibly and fairly. We take reasonable steps to ensure that AI systems do not introduce bias or unfair outcomes and that candidates are treated consistently and professionally.

Your data

AI systems may process personal data as part of our recruitment services, including information provided in CVs or during the application process.

Some of our systems are provided by third-party suppliers, which may involve processing data outside the United Kingdom or European Economic Area, including the United States. Where this occurs, appropriate safeguards are in place to protect personal data.

Your rights

You may request human involvement at any stage of the recruitment process. If you have any questions about how AI is used or how your data is processed, please contact us.

Further information

This statement should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which provides further detail on how we collect, use, and protect personal data.
