Key Responsibilities
• Lead and support the nursing team to deliver safe, high-quality patient care across a busy ward.
• Oversee staffing, coordination of resources, and daily operational performance.
• Maintain compliance with clinical governance standards and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the ward environment.
About You
• NMC registered nurse with current compliance.
• Proven experience in a ward-based clinical supervisory or leadership role.
• Background working as a Ward Nurse with strong understanding of acute clinical environments.
