As a Ward Manager, you will:

• Lead the nursing team on the Acute Ward, serving as a visible role model and mentor.
• Oversee and maintain the highest standards of nursing care.
• Act as a senior clinical member, offering advice and support from a nursing perspective.
• Manage the ward environment and its resources effectively.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, flexibility, and a team-oriented approach.

• Annual salary of £49,000 - £54,000.
• Full-time position with 37.5 hours per week.
