As a Therapy Team Manager, you will:

• Provide effective leadership to the therapy and recreational therapy teams.
• Oversee service delivery from referral to discharge, ensuring treatment programmes are effective.
• Lead clinical governance activities, focusing on risk management and adherence to standards.
• Manage day-to-day operations and staff leadership within the service.
• Chair interdisciplinary and review meetings.
• Collaborate with professionals to manage cross-organisational service issues.
• Assess, plan, and evaluate therapy interventions for service users.
• Manage your own caseload within a defined clinical area.

About You

The ideal Therapy Team Manager will have:

• BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy and registration with the Health and Care Professionals Council
• Relevant post-registration training and leadership experience in health/social care
• Experience with clients having moderate to advanced neurological conditions
• Evidence of managing a team, including setting objectives and handling recruitment
• Specialist knowledge in neurological therapy assessments and interventions
