Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality clinical assessments and evidence-based treatment for individuals with substance use disorders
Lead and support a team of nurses and healthcare assistants to ensure effective service delivery
Oversee medicines management, clinical audits, and quality assurance processes
Contribute to risk management planning and multidisciplinary case coordination
Foster a learning culture by mentoring junior staff and promoting professional development

About You:
A qualified registered nurse (RMN, RGN or RNLD) with current NMC registration
Minimum of 2 years post-registration experience, ideally within addiction, mental health, or community care
Experience managing clinical teams and working in multidisciplinary settings
Strong understanding of substance misuse treatment models and holistic care planning
Confident, organised, and passionate about supporting individuals through recovery
