As a Staff Nurse, you will:

 
  • Collaborate with the Home Manager and Clinical Lead to deliver high-quality nursing care
  • Support carers in providing personal care and daily activities
  • Administer medication and maintain accurate care records
  • Promote residents’ choice, dignity, and independence
  • Assist in managing the care team and updating care plans regularly

The ideal Staff Nurse candidate will have:
 
  • A relevant professional qualification, such as RGN, RMN, or RNLD
  • Availability to work Day shifts, 3 days per week
  • At least one year of experience in a nursing home setting
  • Experience in writing person-centred care plans
  • The ability to work under pressure and excellent people skills
  • A caring and nurturing attitude with flexibility in working hours
