As a Staff Nurse, you will:
- Collaborate with the Home Manager and Clinical Lead to deliver high-quality nursing care
- Support carers in providing personal care and daily activities
- Administer medication and maintain accurate care records
- Promote residents’ choice, dignity, and independence
- Assist in managing the care team and updating care plans regularly
The ideal Staff Nurse candidate will have:
- A relevant professional qualification, such as RGN, RMN, or RNLD
- Availability to work Day shifts, 3 days per week
- At least one year of experience in a nursing home setting
- Experience in writing person-centred care plans
- The ability to work under pressure and excellent people skills
- A caring and nurturing attitude with flexibility in working hours
