We’re partnering with several forward-thinking authorities that are committed to strengthening their Permanency Teams. Within this team you will be a part of a forward thinking group who offer a wide range of family intervention, therapautic and Psychological services to support the social worker to provide medium term interventions to the assessed need where you will work closely with the CAMHS team. 

The team is ultimately responsible for delivering the services to children that are looked after and leaving care.
