About the Company

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload as a Looked After Children Social Worker supporting children and young people in care.

• Complete statutory visits, care planning and pathway planning focused on positive long-term outcomes.

• Work alongside foster carers, families, schools and multi-agency professionals to promote stability and permanence.

• Contribute to assessments, reviews and care plans within long-term children’s services.

About You

• Qualified Social Worker with experience in looked after children or children in care teams.

• Registered with Social Work England.

• Proven experience within long-term statutory children’s services.
