As a Social Worker, you will:

 

  • Work across various teams including Childrens Safeguarding, Assessments, Children with Complex Needs, and Fostering.
  • Be part of a new non-case holding specialist edge of care team.
  • Contribute to strategic changes aimed at improving children's services.
  • Collaborate with supportive colleagues who have also relocated to the islands.
  • Manage a reasonable caseload with the backing of a dedicated management team.
