You will be an additional member to be a part of the bigger picture, with plenty of support being offered by the rest of the team.

It goes without saying that councils rated GOOD & OUTSTANDING have a clear support network and management has a big part to play in their success. Senior managers in the local authorities have been there longer than the furniture, with current social workers giving great feedback on their approachability & humility towards their team.

As this is a statutory role, you do require a social work qualification & registration to Social Work England.
