Leaders in Care are working with an outstanding rated Independent Fostering Agency in Gloucester, for an experienced practitioner to join their stable service on a permanent basis as a senior supervising social worker 

As a senior supervising social worker, you will be responsible for completing form F's, supporting and managing approved foster carers, providing professional advice when necessary, and contributing to business planning. Additionally, you will supervise Support Workers and Social Work Students.

You will work closely with the other social work staff and foster carers to ensure that quality standards are met in all assessments.
