What You’ll Be Doing Day to Day:

• Providing hands-on clinical care on a dedicated Orthopaedic Ward
• Working closely with a small, skilled, and supportive nursing team
• Helping guide and mentor nurses and HCAs
• Contributing to the hospital’s strong track record for excellent patient outcomes

What They’re Hoping You’ll Bring:

• Registered General Nurse (RGN) with NMC registration
• Some solid orthopaedic experience
• Confidence in leading and supporting others

This role would suit someone currently working as an Orthopaedic Nurse, Surgical Nurse or Nursing Team Leader, or someone ready to take that next step.
