As a Senior Registered Nurse, you will:

Assess and supervise all aspects of clients' care needs, providing direct nursing care when necessary.
Conduct assessments for new clients and maintain ongoing reviews for existing clients.
Develop and update client care plans in collaboration with clients, relatives, and healthcare professionals.
Administer prescribed medicines and document them according to company procedures.
Supervise and guide junior staff, offering support and instruction as needed.
Attend mandatory training sessions and maintain effective communication with clients and the multidisciplinary team.
