Salary and Benefits: Senior Paediatric Nurse
Salary up to £51,204
37.5 hours per week
35 days annual leave including public/bank holidays

Your Role as Senior Paediatric Nurse
Lead and manage Band 5 Nurses and Children’s Support Assistants
Deliver and oversee high-quality family-centred care
Complete assessments and develop care plans with families
Support and develop the team using evidence-based practice
Ensure safe medication administration and compliance
Participate in audits, research, and quality improvement projects
Deputise for the House Manager when required
What We’re Looking For
NMC Registered Nurse with current PIN and CPD
Minimum 2 years’ experience at Band 5 or equivalent
Strong paediatric or children’s nursing background
Leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and safeguarding knowledge
Confident IT and documentation skills
