As a Senior Paediatric Palliative Care Nurse, you’ll be at the heart of a compassionate team, delivering essential care and emotional support to children and their families. Working closely with hospitals and community services, you'll play a key role in coordinating and delivering outstanding care that truly matters.

Your Role Will Include:
Leading a small team of nurses and healthcare assistants, ensuring high standards of care during shifts.
Acting as a key worker for a small caseload of children with complex needs.
Creating and delivering play and recreational activities tailored to each child.
Taking on a clinical link role in areas such as Infection Control or Audits.
Working on a rota covering days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays.

Competitive salary: £41,000 – £46,000
27 days’ annual leave (rising to 29 days after 5 years)

We’re Looking For:
A qualified RNC or RGN/RNLD with solid paediatric experience
A confident team leader with shift management experience
A compassionate communicator who works well under pressure
Ideally, a mentor with experience supporting children with behavioural or complex needs
