As a Senior Paediatric Palliative Care Nurse, you’ll be at the heart of a compassionate team, delivering essential care and emotional support to children and their families. Working closely with hospitals and community services, you'll play a key role in coordinating and delivering outstanding care that truly matters.

Your Role Will Include:

  • Leading a small team of nurses and healthcare assistants, ensuring high standards of care during shifts.

  • Acting as a key worker for a small caseload of children with complex needs.

  • Creating and delivering play and recreational activities tailored to each child.

  • Taking on a clinical link role in areas such as Infection Control or Audits.

  • Working on a rota covering days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays.

We’re Looking For:

  • A qualified RNC or RGN/RNLD with solid paediatric experience

  • A confident team leader with shift management experience

  • A compassionate communicator who works well under pressure

  • Ideally, a mentor with experience supporting children with behavioural or complex needs
