As a Senior Nurse for Infection Prevention and Control, you will:

• Lead in surveillance, prevention, and control of infections within the hospital.
• Promote and maintain high IPC standards for the safety of patients, staff, and visitors.
• Provide evidence-based IPC clinical advice and support.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment to high standards of patient care.
• Work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Deliver education and improve IPC practices among staff.

The ideal Infection Prevention and Control Nurse will have:

• Registered Nurse status with a degree or equivalent experience.
• Current NMC registration.
