Safeguarding | Longstanding Management | Travel Paid | Stable 6 month contract with option of extension

 

With the weather getting better, are you seeking a new Outside IR35 contract in a beautiful location? 

Leaders in care are currently working with a stable authority in the channel islands offering a fantastic rate of £46.50 P/H Outside IR35. they are looking for experienced agency safeguarding workers who can get the ball rolling in the safeguarding teams to help the children & families in the area. 

Your responsibilities include conducting thorough assessments of children and families to identify risks and protective factors, ensuring the safety and welfare of vulnerable children in line with statutory guidelines. You will be expected to develop and implement child protection plans, work collaboratively with multi-agency professionals such as police, education, and healthcare providers, and attend case conferences, reviews, and court proceedings when necessary. Maintaining accurate, timely case records and ensuring that interventions are child-focused and evidence-based are key aspects of the role. You must also respond promptly to safeguarding concerns and make informed decisions to support positive outcomes for children and their families.

Please also remember for this role that you have to pay for your accommodation for the duration of the contract but they do sort it all out for you and pay for flights return
