An excellent opportunity has become available to join a highly respected local council in the Channel Islands as a Residential Support Worker. This role offers an attractive pay rate of £22.50 per hour, is outside IR35 for improved take-home pay, and includes fully paid travel and accommodation.

You will be working within a residential setting, supporting young people with personal care and daily living needs. You’ll become part of a close-knit and supportive team, backed by an experienced and well-established management structure that values staff wellbeing and professional development.

Requirements:
