As a Service Manager, you will:
- NMC or HCPC registration is desirable.
- Oversee the daily operations of the nursing home.
- Ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
- Train, supervise, and manage all care and nursing staff.
- Monitor service user care and coordinate reviews.
- Ensure compliance with CQC requirements and company policies.
- Manage staff rotas and ensure medication is administered correctly.
- Participate in an out-of-hours on-call rota.

About You
- Previous experience as a CQC registered service manager.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.

- Excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations.
- Ideally, experience in a dual registered care home with a good CQC rating.
