Registered Nurse – Days or Nights 36 hours | 3 shifts per week £20.40 per hour Location: Pontypridd area Are you a passionate and motivated Registered Nurse looking for a new opportunity in a supportive care environment? We are currently recruiting for two Nursing roles – one Day Nurse and one Night Nurse – within a well-established residential nursing setting. Our nursing and care teams play a vital role in delivering outstanding care, ensuring residents feel safe, respected, and supported, while providing reassurance to their families.

Key Responsibilities
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual care needs
Deliver high-quality nursing care in line with NMC guidelines
Complete and maintain accurate care plans in partnership with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
Safely administer and record prescribed medication
Maintain the highest standards of professional integrity at all times
Support, supervise, and guide junior and newly appointed staff
Communicate effectively with residents, relatives, and the wider multidisciplinary team
Attend mandatory training and contribute to continuous improvement within the service
About You
Registered Nurse RGN (NMC registered)
Compassionate, professional, and committed to person-centred care
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Shares values of dignity, respect, accountability, and integrity
Previous experience in a care home setting is beneficial but not essential. What matters most is your attitude, values, and commitment to providing excellent care.
