As a Registered Nurse, you will:

 

• Assess and provide health supervision and direct nursing care to clients.
• Evaluate social and health care needs of new clients and conduct ongoing assessments.
• Complete and maintain client care plans in partnership with clients, relatives, and healthcare professionals.
• Administer prescribed medications and document accordingly.
• Supervise and guide junior staff in their duties.
• Attend mandatory training sessions.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, relatives, and the multidisciplinary team.
