£500+ per day (negotiable) | Accommodation Paid | Short-term Contract
This is not your everyday Registered Manager role.
We’re looking for an experienced residential manager who thrives on turning good services into outstanding ones. This post will focus on driving improvement in a residential family contact centre setting. If you’re the type who spots gaps, rolls up your sleeves, and delivers measurable change — we want you leading this transformation.
This post is based in Plymouth with accommodation fully covered and a highly competitive £500+ per day rate, negotiable based on your expertise.
You’ll be taking the lead on service improvement across our residential family contact centre provision and connected units. This is about more than compliance — it’s about shaping culture, embedding trauma-informed practice, and driving operational excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading and supporting managers to ensure high-quality, safe, and compliant residential care.
Overseeing and improving systems, audits, and quality frameworks.
Working with CQC and Ofsted to maintain and exceed regulatory requirements.
Embedding evidence-based practice into day-to-day delivery.
Leading change confidently and effectively in a complex, fast-moving environment.
You will be an experienced Registered Manager (Level 5 or equivalent) with a proven track record of delivering service improvement in regulated settings. You’ll have a strong understanding of safeguarding, compliance, and quality assurance, along with the ability to motivate and inspire teams through change. Skilled in building relationships and communicating with clarity, you will be confident in embedding trauma-informed practice and experienced in working within fast-paced, complex environments where leadership, adaptability, and operational excellence are key.
£500+ per day (negotiable based on experience)
Accommodation fully paid
Short-term contract with high-impact scope
Autonomy to implement your vision
Supportive, award-winning charity environment
