Are you an experienced Registered Manager ready to lead a trusted and established Children’s Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) home in Birmingham? Package & Benefits
Salary £55,000–£60,000 per annum.
28 days annual leave plus bank holidays.

About the Company

Your Key Responsibilities
Hold full Ofsted registration and ensure ongoing regulatory compliance.
Lead, supervise, and develop the staff team, maintaining clear standards and accountability.
Oversee day-to-day operational management, ensuring safe and high-quality care.
Drive stability, positive outcomes, and a consistent therapeutic environment.
About You
Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a children’s EBD home.
Strong experience leading Ofsted inspections and maintaining compliance.
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management, or actively working towards it.
A passionate leader who values structure, clarity, and therapeutic care.
