If you are an experienced Registered Manager looking to lead a children’s home where relationships, consistency, and therapeutic care genuinely matter, this role offers the scope and authority to do your best work. This Registered Manager position places you at the centre of a trauma-informed, relationship-led service. You will lead a committed team, set clear standards, and create a safe, nurturing environment where children can develop resilience, stability, and life skills. The role balances regulatory accountability with meaningful leadership and long-term impact.

About the Company
You will be joining a specialist residential childcare provider delivering trauma-informed care within Ofsted-regulated homes. The organisation is values-led, people-focused, and committed to creating stable, supportive environments for both young people and staff.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the children’s home in line with Ofsted regulations and internal quality standards.
• Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead, ensuring robust safeguarding practice at all times.
• Develop, supervise, and retain a skilled multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain oversight of operational performance, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
About You
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare, or willingness to complete.
• At least two years’ experience as a Registered Manager within children’s residential care.
• Strong working knowledge of safeguarding, trauma-informed practice, and Ofsted frameworks.
