The ideal candidate for the Home Manager role will have:

 

• Proven experience as a Home Manager within a nursing or rehabilitation setting
• A strong clinical background (RGN/RMN/RNLD desirable)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills
• A passion for person-centred care and rehabilitation excellence

 

As a Home Manager, you will:
