As a Residential Childcare Manager, you will:

 

  • Lead and manage a residential childcare setting, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Oversee compliance with Children's Homes Regulations 2015 and Ofsted inspections.
  • Implement evidence-based practices and research for children in care.
  • Manage people effectively, including supervision, training, and HR practices.
  • Support and develop your team to provide outstanding care.
  • Make effective decisions and implement necessary changes.
  • Work some evenings and weekends to meet service needs.

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or willingness to complete within 18 months).
  • Strong communication and people management skills.
