• Hold a Level 5 in Leadership Management.
• Have experience managing a 40+ bedded home, specialising in Dementia and General Nursing care.
• Be a confident leader with a strong clinical operational background.
• Have experience in commissioning new care homes.
• Be knowledgeable about CQC regulations and passionate about first-class care.
