As a Registered Manager, you'll be responsible for:

 

  • Leading and managing a new 2-bed children's home specialising in learning disabilities.
  • Ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations and overseeing the SC1/registration process.
  • Building and mentoring a team from the ground up.
  • Implementing a values-led approach focused on the needs of children with learning disabilities and complex needs.
  • Shaping the culture and vision of the home with support from experienced consultants.

The ideal candidate for the Registered Manager position will have:

 

  • Experience managing or deputising in a children's residential home fir at least 1 year.
  • Have worked in a childrens home for 2 years within the last 5 years
  • Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and the SC1/registration process.
  • A Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification or be working towards it.
  • A passion for working with children with learning disabilities and complex needs.
  • Confidence in leading, mentoring, and building a team from scratch.
