The Registered Children’s Home Manager will:

 

• Create and refine home structures.
• Recruit and train staff to build a strong, supportive team.

• Oversee the submission for OFSTED registration, ensuring compliance with current legislation.

The ideal candidate for the Registered Children’s Home Manager role will have:

 

• A Level 4 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) or a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (Residential Childcare).
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in residential childcare.
• A full UK Driving License.
• Excellent knowledge of current legislation.
