This is a fantastic opportunity with a salary of £40,000 - £42,000 per year. You'll be joining a well-established team, including a supportive deputy manager, in a facility that boasts a good CQC rating.

As a Registered Manager, you will:

 

• Lead and manage the 36-bed facility to ensure high-quality care.
• Oversee the daily operations and maintain compliance with CQC standards.
• Support and develop the team, including the deputy manager.
• Implement policies and procedures to enhance service delivery.
• Engage with residents and their families to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage budgets and resources effectively.
• Ensure the facility maintains its good CQC rating.
