As the Registered Manager, you will:

 

• Lead and manage the 3-bed children's home to ensure high standards of care and compliance.
• Develop and implement action plans.
• Support and supervise staff, fostering a positive and professional working environment.
• Ensure the home meets all regulatory and legislative requirements.
• Work closely with external agencies and stakeholders to promote the welfare of the children.
• Manage budgets effectively to ensure the financial sustainability of the home.
• Report to senior management on the home's progress and any challenges faced.
