As a Registered Care Home Manager, you will:

 

• Develop and sustain the care home, leading your team to deliver high standards of care.
• Build effective relationships with residents, their families, and the local community.
• Manage a 40+ bedded home specialising in Dementia and General Nursing care.
• Oversee the commissioning of newly opened care homes.
• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and maintain a person-centred care environment.
