Regional Manager – Children’s Residential | North West England |  Up to £60,000 + 10% Annual Bonus | Full-Time, Permanent | 40 hours per week | Travel Required

Leaders in Care are supporting a highly regarded therapeutic children’s provider in their search for an experienced Regional Manager to oversee multiple children’s homes across the North West.

This is a key leadership role focused on driving quality, compliance, and outcomes for young people who have experienced complex trauma. You’ll lead a team of Registered Managers, ensuring each service operates to the highest standards while fostering a culture of care, accountability, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading, developing, and supporting a team of Registered Managers across multiple sites.
  • Embedding a trauma-informed, high-warmth/high-control culture.
  • Driving quality improvement and compliance across all homes.
  • Managing budgets, staffing, and regulatory standards.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with Local Authorities, Ofsted, and key partners.
  • Championing outcomes-focused care and professional development across the region.

What You’ll Need

  • Minimum 5 years’ leadership experience in residential childcare.
  • Proven multi-site management and regulatory success.
  • Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification (or working towards).
  • Strong understanding of Children’s Homes Regulations and Quality Standards.
  • Confident leader with a calm, supportive, and coaching style.
  • Deep commitment to therapeutic and trauma-informed practice.
