Our client is seeking a dynamic leader to oversee multiple services across Preston, Blackburn, Manchester, and a new site in Chester. Enjoy a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per year, along with fantastic benefits. You'll have 25 days of annual leave, plus your birthday off, and an additional day for each year of service after two years. Benefit from an electric car scheme and receive 45p per mile on all expenses.

 

Our client operates several services across the North West of England, focusing on supported living and residential care for individuals with learning disabilities and mental health challenges. With a commitment to improving service quality, the company is looking for a Regional Manager to lead and enhance their service delivery.

 

As a Regional Manager, you will:

 

  • Oversee multiple CQC regulated services across various locations.
  • Focus on improving governance and service quality.
  • Work two days from home and spend three days visiting sites.
  • Attend monthly management meetings in Chesterfield.
  • Empower and support managers to identify and rectify issues proactively.
  • Utilise data-driven approaches to anticipate and solve problems.
