Our client is looking for a Regional Clinical Development Lead Nurse to join their team, focusing on enhancing care standards across their homes in Blackburn and Wigan. Operating for two years, they are expanding rapidly with new homes in development.

The Regional Clinical Lead Nurse will:

Implement the clinical quality strategy within the region.
Conduct audits, practice observations, and care plan reviews to maintain high standards.
Monitor clinical risk indicators and support homes in reducing risks.
Assist homes in preparing for CQC and local authority inspections.
Drive improvements through lessons learned from incidents and complaints.

The ideal Regional Clinical Development Lead will have:

Active NMC Registered Nurse status.
Extensive experience in clinical leadership within a care home setting.
Strong knowledge of CQC standards, health & safety, and safeguarding.
Excellent auditing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead and influence multiple teams effectively.
Confidence in coaching and developing others.
A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between services.
