As a Physiotherapist, you will:

• Assess and implement person-centred care programmes to optimise independence and physical function.
• Devise and communicate physiotherapy plans for families and carers.
• Promote choice and enhance the service user experience.
• Collaborate with health and social care professionals and volunteers.
• Manage equipment prescription and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records in line with professional standards.
• Provide clinical leadership and share expertise with colleagues.
• Ensure a safe working environment and maintain confidentiality.

About You

The ideal Physiotherapist candidate will have:

• A Diploma/BSc in Physiotherapy.
• Registration with the Health & Care Professions Council.
• Membership with a professional body such as CSP.
• Evidence of Continued Professional Development.
• Experience with evidence-based practice and outcome measures.
• Strong clinical reasoning skills for assessments and interventions.
• The ability to work autonomously and manage risk effectively.
