Are you a passionate Registered Nurse (RSCN) with experience in paediatrics and complex care? We are seeking a Paediatric Nurse Manager to join a well-established and fast-growing provider of community-based complex care in the South London. About the Role:
As the Paediatric Nurse Manager, you will provide hands-on clinical support to children and their families, designing bespoke care plans that meet individual needs. You'll also lead, train, and support a team of carers, helping to deliver outstanding, compassionate care within the community.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead on creating and implementing tailored care plans for children with complex needs
Provide direct, face-to-face support for clients and their families
Deliver essential nursing interventions, including medication management
Oversee and mentor carers, ensuring high standards of clinical care and skills
Collaborate with community health professionals, CHC nurses, and CCG commissioners
Maintain clear, empathetic communication with all stakeholders
What We’re Looking For:
Registered Nurse (RSCN) with active NMC PIN and minimum 6 months UK experience
Proven expertise in tracheostomy care and ventilators (within the last 2 years)
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to develop and inspire care teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Suitable for experienced Band 5 or Band 6 Registered Nurses with team leadership experience
Full UK driving licence essential
