Paediatric Clinical Lead – Community Complex Care
Location: South London / Hybrid
Salary: Up to £45,000 + Mileage + Excellent Benefits

As our Paediatric Clinical Lead, you will:
Create and oversee bespoke care plans tailored to each child’s needs
Provide hands-on clinical guidance to support both families and care staff
Deliver training and clinical supervision to ensure safe, high-quality care
Collaborate with CHC nurses, MDTs, and commissioners to deliver personalised packages
Act as a key point of contact for families, helping them feel supported and heard
RSCN / Registered Children's Nurse with minimum 18 months UK experience
Up-to-date tracheostomy and ventilator experience (within the last 2 years)
Proven leadership and mentoring skills (Band 5 or Band 6 welcome)
Clear communication skills – both verbal and written
Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
Up to £45,000 per annum DOE
45p per mile business mileage reimbursement
Hybrid working – 2 days from home, 3 days in the community
Sociable hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (no weekends or nights)
