Older Persons Community Mental Health Social Worker

We’re seeking a Social Worker to join an Older Persons Mental Health Team. This role offers an excellent rate, a balanced caseload, and flexibility – including the option to work from home up to 3 days a week.

You’ll be providing assessments and support to older adults with mental health needs, working closely with families and the wider team to put the right care plans in place.

What we need from you:
 

• Social Work qualification
• Registration with Social Work England (SWE)
• Experience in CMHT and preferebly older persons’ mental health or related services
• Car Driver
