<p><strong>Ofsted Registered Manager – Negotiable Rate Up to £400 / Day</strong></p>

<p>We're currently supporting a children's residential home provider based in Northampton, to recruit an Interim Ofsted Registered Manager for brand new 2-bed home supporting young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties.</p>

<p>As Registered Manager, you’ll work alongside the experienced RI, managing of 7 staff in total, supporting the Team Leads and Support Workers who are already in place. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of a small home supporting children with EBD. You'll guide the team to deliver high-quality care, making sure the home remains fully compliant with all relevant regulations and continues to improve.</p>

<p>Requirements:</p>

<ul>
	<li>Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care and Children & Young People’s Services (or equivalent)
	<li>2 years' experience as a manager in children’s residential care
	<li>Solid understanding of Ofsted standards, safeguarding, and child protection
	<li>Experience supporting young people with EBD, LD, and complex needs
	<li>Experience opening or developing services would be an advantage
</ul>
