• Oversee the day-to-day running of the office and act as the central point of contact
• Manage facilities, suppliers and maintenance to ensure a safe and organised workplace
• Ensure the office is fully stocked and running efficiently
• Provide hands-on IT and administrative support, including setting up equipment and users
• Troubleshoot office and IT issues quickly and effectively
• Support meetings, internal operations and office coordination
• Assist with general administration and document management
• Organise team activities and office engagement
• Work closely with management and HR to support operations
• Proven experience as an Office Manager, Office Coordinator or similar role
• Strong IT skills including device setup and user management
• Experience managing office facilities, suppliers and operations
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Calm, proactive and solutions-focused
• Strong communication skills with a professional approach
