If you are an experienced Occupational Therapist – Mental Health (Recovery & Rehabilitation Focus) looking to shape a service rather than inherit one, this role offers a rare opportunity to influence how recovery-focused occupational therapy is delivered from the outset. You will have the time, space, and authority to embed meaningful, outcomes-led practice with adults experiencing complex mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver recovery-focused occupational therapy assessments and interventions for adults with complex mental health needs.

- Contribute clinical expertise to the development of the service’s therapeutic model and outcomes framework.
About You
- HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist.
- Experience working in adult mental health recovery or rehabilitation services.
- Experience contributing to multidisciplinary team working within a mental health setting.
