What you'll do:
As Lead Nurse, Band 7, you’ll be responsible for delivering safe, effective care while leading and supporting your nursing team.
Oversee addiction treatment pathways and clinical standards
Manage immunisation and harm reduction programmes
Develop nurse-led initiatives and support staff training
Collaborate with NHS teams across A&E, AMU, and other departments
Ensure best practice in line with national guidance

What you’ll need:
NMC registration (RGN or RMN)
Experience as a nurse in health or social care, ideally within substance misuse
Team leadership or supervisory experience
Knowledge of UK Drug Strategy and clinical best practice
