Our client, Surrey-based, is seeking a Speech and Language Therapy Lead to join their state-of-the-art Care and Rehab. As the Speech and Language Therapy Lead, you will:

  • Lead and manage a specialist team of Speech and Language Therapists.
  • Provide high-quality assessments and interventions for clients with acquired brain injuries and neurological conditions.
  • Oversee the development of therapy services and ensure clinical excellence.
  • Conduct mental capacity assessments and advocate for clients.
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team and external agencies.
  • Manage performance, appraisals, and recruitment within the SLT department.
  • Support service development and quality improvement projects.
