Key Responsibilities

• Chair Child Protection Conferences and statutory reviews for looked-after children.

• Monitor and scrutinise care plans to ensure statutory compliance and best practice.

• Provide independent challenge to frontline practice to drive improved safeguarding outcomes.

• Contribute to service-wide quality assurance and continuous improvement.

About You

• Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.

• Proven experience as an Independent Reviewing Officer and or Child Protection Chair.

• Strong safeguarding knowledge with experience of challenging practice appropriately.
