Key Responsibilities
• Take full operational and clinical responsibility for a large nursing and residential care home.
• Lead, develop, and retain a multidisciplinary team to deliver consistently high standards of care.
• Maintain strong CQC compliance, governance, and quality outcomes.
About You
• Registered Nurse with a minimum of three years’ experience as a Care Home Manager.
• Proven experience managing a large nursing home, including dementia care.
• Recent experience leading a CQC-rated Good service or higher.
