As a Home Manager, you will:

About You

 

The ideal Home Manager candidate will have:

 

• Proven experience managing a large Nursing home.
• Nurse qualified is preffered but not essential.
• Strong knowledge of care regulations and quality standards.
• Strong track record of Good or Outstanding CQC inspections.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
• A person-centred approach and ability to inspire a team.
• Experience with dementia or complex care delivery is desirable.
