The home is 40+-bed residential home that provides care for older adults, including those with low to medium-level dementia. With a stable and well-staffed team, the company prides itself on delivering compassionate and dignified care.

 

As a Registered Manager, you will:

About You

 

The ideal Registered Manager will be:

 

• An experienced manager in an elderly residential or nursing home, or a strong Deputy Manager ready to step up.
• Qualified to NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or equivalent).
• Experienced in elderly care, not solely in Learning Disabilities or Domiciliary Care.
• Confident, organised, and able to lead with warmth and professionalism.
• Passionate about delivering high standards of person-centred care.
